Nickelex Resource Corporation (TSX-V: NICK) is a mineral exploration and development company focused on both the discovery and advancement of a high-quality Nickel resource in the Thompson Nickel Belt, Manitoba, 35 km north of the Thompson nickel mine in northern Manitoba
The company has entered into an LOI with CanAlaska Uranium Ltd., to option and earn an 80% interest in the Strong Nickel Project, consisting of the Strong, Strong Extension, Wilson and Moak North Mineral Exploration Licenses, covering an area of 30,283 hectares.
The objectives of the company are to advance the Strong Project by spending $2 million over the initial two years, and search for other nickel opportunities globally. The property portfolio also includes a Cu-Au Porphyry/Epithermal project in Southern British Columbia.
